All Season / Four Season Sunroom:
A room enclosed largely with insulated glass windows and affording shaded exposure to the sun; also known as a breakfast room, patio enclosure, four-season room or morning room, these rooms are all-glass walls with heating and air conditioning. Generally the walls, ceiling and glass in the windows are insulated, and the furnishings are of a higher, interior quality, making this a year-round room. These rooms are great for any use such as play rooms, dining rooms and so forth.

Three Season Sunroom:
A room enclosed largely with non-insulated glass or vinyl-glazed windows affording shaded exposure to the sun; also know as a patio enclosure, patio room or spring room, these rooms are all-glass walls without heating and air conditioning. Generally, the walls and glass in the windows are not insulated, and the furnishings are more like those found on a deck. You can heat and air condition a three season room; however, it will be less efficient. The name three-season sunroom is used for this because you might not be able to use this room in extreme hot or cold temperatures. Perfect uses are weekend only activities, watching sports, outdoor relaxation and evening entertainment.
