Serving the upstate of South Carolina since 1994, Anchor is locally owned and operated by David Jones, Mike Walsh and Dave Elenbaum. We do not have “day time” employment elsewhere while operating our company as a casual, part-time venture; Anchor is our creation and our career. We are extremely proud of our company and our products.
To protect you, our client, we carry WORKER'S COMPENSATION and GENERAL LIABILITY insurance. We are BONDED according to state requirements and are a SC Licensed Residential Contractor (#20555). Through continuing education we have the knowledge and understanding of our industry’s latest concepts and technologies. We have specialized factory training from PGT®, C-Thru® SunRooms and Gorell® Grand Additions® (computer-aided design and building), and we are the Upstate’s only certified TrexPro GOLD®. We are also members of the Better Business Bureau and the Greenville Home Builder’s Association.
